  • Led Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) workshops and defined monthly planning process using IBP SOP and Supply
  • Worked with IBP Solution Architect to configure the IBP planning area attributes, master data types and key figures
  • Maintained forecast models, forecast error calculations, ABC/XYZ segmentation, application job templates, dashboards, advanced analytics and Excel planning views
  • Setup the IBP ERP Add-On, prepared functional specifications and tested BAdi enhancements to integrate SAP ECC data through CI-DS

Served as Demand Planning Business Process Architect for a North American bakery ingredients company improving its SIOP process

  • Led Demand Planning workshops and defined the monthly planning process using APO Demand Planning
  • Completed an APO Health Check that eliminated obsolete data and corrected sizing issues
  • Introduced process to address impact of COVID-19 on historical demand to improve statistical forecasting
  • Led an APO Demand Planning redesign to provide additional characteristics and key figures needed to support business requirements
  • Guided the internal IT support organization on configuration changes, perform unit testing, wrote integration and User Acceptance Testing scripts

Deployed APO in eight separate releases for a global chemicals manufacture

  • Extended demand forecasting and supply planning capabilities to North America, Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia, China, Korea, and Taiwan to enable global S&OP

Deployed an existing SCM7.0 SNP and PP/DS solution for the world’s largest beverage manufacturer

  • Extended the current solution to an internal manufacturing location and a subcontracting vendor
